In an attempt to “Go Green” on this fix’n flip project, we decided to keep the original windows instead of throwing them out. I let one of our new junior investors pick the color pallet for this property and he came up with and exterior color called ‘Butterfly Wing’. Over at the Alexander property, things are chugging along a little slower. We ran into some financing issues which caused us to divert from the original game plan, but we are finally back on track and can see the light!
