1638 Shasta – Almost Done!

Time flies when you’re having fun! Carpet is done… Before After Tub is in… Before After And the hardwood floors are 95% complete…I’ll post pictures as soon as they are done. They are looking beautiful though! Landscaping – we went with something plain, simple, easy and cheap…ROCK! ) lol Remember the TWO trees? 1638 Shasta Update

Did you know that it takes 5 different grades of sandpaper to sand down the hard wood floors?  Then the stain, and then 2 to 3 coats of poly stuff…?  Who knew? 1638 Shasta ~ Day 23 and 24

These past couple of days the contractors have started putting the main bathroom and the master shower back together. The flooring was bad due to wood rot from past leaks, so we had to replace all the sub-flooring.
